At The Oldman Arts, we welcome orders of all sizes with no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement. You are free to order even a single piece from our collection. Orders can be placed directly through our website by browsing the products, adding your desired items to the cart, and submitting your order. Alternatively, you may also place your order manually by selecting the item code, quantity, and size, and sending the details to us via email at oldmanartsgmail.mail.com or info@theoldmanarts.com.

Once we receive your order—either through the website or by email—a member of our team from the concerned department will prepare a detailed quotation within 24 hours. This quotation will include the final product cost, shipping charges, estimated delivery lead-time, available payment methods, and any additional information you may need. Every quotation is assigned a unique quotation number, which helps in making the payment and tracking the order status.

After you review and agree to the quotation details, you can proceed with the payment using any of the methods mentioned. Once the payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order and arrange for its delivery as per the agreed timeline. Your unique quotation number can be used for any future reference, inquiries, or status updates regarding your order.
